If you enroll in the CFNA AutoPay Program, CFNA will automatically initiate an ACH payment from your designated Payment Account on your PAYMENT DUE DATE as shown on your monthly statement. The amount of each AutoPay Payment will depend on the option you choose as described below.
Important Information:
Your AutoPay Payment amount may decrease if you make unscheduled payments or receive any credits before your PAYMENT DUE DATE. Your AutoPay Payment amount will never be higher than the amount on your statement, even if your balance increases during the billing cycle.
If, during any month, the total amount of unscheduled payments or credits exceeds your scheduled AutoPay Payment amount, or if you do not have an outstanding balance, CFNA will not process an AutoPay Payment.
Reminder: If AutoPay is cancelled or terminated at any time, you are responsible for any payments due and any fees assessed for non-payment.
To be eligible to enroll in CFNA's AutoPay program, you must have a CFNA Credit Card and a registered CFNA.com profile. Only the Primary Accountholder may register for a CFNA.com profile.
CFNA offers the following AutoPay options:
Minimum Payment Due:
This option will pay your MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE as shown on your monthly statement in the PAYMENT INFORMATION section. Your MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE, and therefore your AutoPay Payment amount, may change each month. Your statement will confirm your AutoPay Payment amount in the IMPORTANT MESSAGES box.
If you have an active Promotional Purchase, this AutoPay option may not pay the Promotional Balance in full by the Promotional End Date and you may be charged interest as a result. You are responsible for ensuring any Promotional Balance is paid in full before the Promotional End Date to avoid additional interest.
Payments, returned purchases, and other credits may reduce the AutoPay Payment amount if they post to the account between your statement date and the date your AutoPay Payment is processed. In this case, your actual AutoPay Payment amount may be less than the MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE or AutoPay Payment amount reflected on your statement; your MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE will still be satisfied.
Minimum Payment Due AutoPay with an Extra Payment Example:
Statement Period 03/01 – 03/31
| $100.00 | MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE on 03/26 |
| - $50.00 | Extra Payment made on 03/15 |
| $50.00 | AutoPay Payment Amount to be withdrawn on 03/26 |
Reminder: If AutoPay is cancelled or terminated at any time, you are responsible for any payments due and any fees assessed for non-payment.
Statement New Balance:
This option will pay the NEW BALANCE as shown on your monthly statement in the PAYMENT INFORMATION section. This option will pay your entire balance as of the first day of your billing period. It will not include any purchases or debits incurred between the first day of your billing period and your PAYMENT DUE DATE. Your NEW BALANCE, and therefore your AutoPay Payment amount, may change each month. Your statement will confirm your AutoPay Payment amount in the IMPORTANT MESSAGES box.
If you have an active Promotional Purchase, this AutoPay option will pay the entirety of your Promotional Balance provided you enroll in AutoPay before the Promotional End Date.
Payments, returned purchases, and other credits can reduce the AutoPay Payment amount if they post to the account between your statement date and the date your AutoPay Payment is processed. In this case, your actual AutoPay Payment amount may be less than the NEW BALANCE reflected on your statement.
New Balance AutoPay with an Extra Payment Example:
Statement Period 03/01 – 03/31
| $2,000.00 | NEW BALANCE 03/01 |
| - $500.00 | Extra Payment made on 03/15 |
| $1,500.00 | AutoPay Payment Amount to be withdrawn on 03/26 |
Reminder: If AutoPay is cancelled or terminated at any time, you are responsible for any payments due and any fees assessed for non-payment.
