California Consumer Privacy Act - Rights Request

Per the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what categories of information and the specific information CFNA is collecting about you. You also have the right to be forgotten under certain circumstances. For more information on the right to be forgotten exceptions, please refer to the California Privacy Policy. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, you must provide proof of your registration as an authorized agent with the Secretary of State. Please contact a CFNA representative at 855.218.6524 for instructions on how to submit the proof of registration.

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your Rights Request. We will only use the personal information provided on the Request Form to review and comply with the Request.
